I am a HH Barclaycard Visa holder and have enjoyed Gold status for many year however, have now been downgraded to Silver.
Has there been a change in t&c’s does anyone know?
I probably spend £15k a year on it so I don’t think it’s anything to do with spend.
I’m still gold via the Barclaycard and not heard anything different. I seem to recall this happened to another reader once – you might need to chase it up with Hilton and/or Barclaycard. I’d try Hilton first, because Barclays are an absolute PITA to deal with and if Hilton can sort it out, so much the better!
