Once again I am posting as I am still awaiting my tier points for the holiday I booked direct with BA holidays. 14 working days have expired. Anyone else having the same problem? I am owed many points.
I, and others, have had the same issue. It seems that if any changes are made or using certain sequences of booking it becomes ineligible. I have had to chase about 10 times, including emailing the CEO, to get it sorted after I returned 6 weeks ago. Eventually this week they posted the points on a flight only basis. Fortunately the other bit was only a cheap hire car so it didn’t make a huge difference.
