After the most incredible 12 months of RJ Gold have went for the less exciting Vietnam Airlines platinum, mostly for some upcoming KLM flights. Have tried everything and can’t get my lotus miles (Vietnam) to add to my KLM bookings. Messaged KLM and they manually added the number only. It is not working correctly as doesn’t show as Vietnam and no additional benefits. Anyone any experience of similar
Call KLM. Their system does not show Sky team benefits when booking and only one time during the booking just before payment. For existing flights you have to call and confirm they can see the Skyteam status. Even then most agents dont know and try and palm you off. Can you book seats that were previosuly chargeablke for free? ask the agen to do it and see what they say.
