Hello, We have flights booked to YVR in Aug a year ago using 241s, but now thinking to change to somewhere a bit warmer. Our kids are 9 and 6, they love all water activities. Just wondering if Vancouver is warm enough for them to play in the sea/ lake.
Spotted there are 4 CS to DEN the same time and it’s close to Lake Tahoe, so thinking to do a split holiday in Colorado and Lake Tahoe. We went to Lake Tahoe few years back with 1 kid and loved it, so would be good to revisit with both kids.
Any advice would be much appreciated!
We did Vancouver Aug last year and the weather was great, consistently very warm (but not unbearably so). And there’s so much to do, both in the city itself and the surrounding areas (eg whale watching, Grouse Mountain, and the 90 min drive to/from Whistler is stunning).
We didn’t get in the water though, so can’t comment on the temp.
