    Hi,

Flying BA CE to Venice tomorrow. Just checked the booking on ba.com. Under the “In the lounge” Section of the manage booking page, it states:

    “Galleries First

Galleries First Lounge is located within the ‘South Lounges’ complex, follow the sign for ‘South Lounge’ after going through Security South. A Galleries Club Lounge is also available in T5B, please follow signs to T5B Gates.

Our First Lounge offers an environment that allows you to catch up on work or simply unwind in an area that is elegant, calm and welcoming. (Please refer to terms and conditions in membership benefits)”

Does this mean we have access to the Galleries First lounge as well as the Club Lounge?

    Tom

Unless you’re gold it’s an error.

It’s been saying this to me for quite a while on many flights. Almost a year now.

    Just bad IT.

You won’t have access unless you are gold. You will have access to the regular galleries lounge.
