    Afternoon, I received an email that my modest number of Tesco clubcard points were being converted to Virgin points, however they have not hit my Virgin account yet 😕

    How long does it usually take to transfer, please, and is there an email/telephone number/chat function I can use to chase this up?

    It’s usually instant, so if they’ve not appeared, then check your Clubcard account statement to see if they were actually transferred. If they show on the statement, you can call 0344 209 2722 (from within the UK) or email customer.care@fly.virgin.com. If they don’t show on the statement, call Clubcard (or try making the transfer yourself).

    Hi thanks for providing contact details – they show on the Tesco statement (it was an automatic transfer) however nothing has arrived to Virgin yet.

    Where are you looking ?
    If you look on the Virgin Red site it shows as a line entry
    If you look on the Virgin Atlantic site under ‘account’ it doesn’t show as a line entry, however, it add the points on
    Confusing yes
    I still keep a paper list so notice if the miles accrued changes

    My last couple of transfers have taken four or five days. Definitely not instant.

    @speedster – it got there in the end – it took a few days longer than expected

    Maybe it is as @craigacton says, that it’s not instant – I hadn’t noted the delay before.
