Has anyone received the 2500 bonus Virgin points through the Tesco auto-convert offer?
As per the Nov ’23 edition of the offer, the points were supposed to be credited by 8th March but I still can’t see them in my account.
Wanted to change the Tesco scheme to Xmas saver, so was wondering if it’s safe to do so before the bonus points have been credited?
I never received the bonus when I opted in by 30 June 2023 (bonus was due by 31st August). I’ve tried again with the current one

No. I have the same issue except never kept evidence so can’t remember when I did this but do remember doing it.
I guess this leaves me with zero chance of getting the points. Annoying.
Same signed up, made sure I had the points in my tesco account. Nothing received.
Oh wow. This is quite disappointing.
I did try to check with the VA CC. They said they can’t help with this as the offer is run by Virgin Red. Virgin Red apparently can be reached by email only. I guess will just need to give up now..

Need to have signed up by the 31 st March , remain signed up by 2 nd may and then have a minimum of £2.50 in clubcard vouchers to then receive the 2500 points on the 17 th June.
So I wouldn’t change the auto exchange from Virgin to the Xmas saver before the 2nd may and if anyone’s already benefited from this bonus you won’t receive it again. Hopefully summarised ok from the website.

I received the 2,500 bonus points overnight. Definitely worth getting in touch with Virgin Red if you haven’t received the points yet.

So did I. Swift resolution using the chat function on the app. Good service in the end, impressed. She did say it was a known issue so perhaps everyone will have seen miles appear?

Sorry this is what I meant. It goes to the website, then Member Support, then an online form… The n Missing Points then “Purchase made”. I know it’s quite a purchase but it obviously routed to the right team.
I say chat as they replied within a few hours by email asking me for the Clubcard number and a few hours later overnight, the miles were credited. I got an email confirming this today too.
I too had a similar experience. Wrote to Virgin Red on their website, and within an hour got a response that the request has been forwarded and they are looking into it. Yet to see the point come through though. Hopefully it should happen soon.
Hi all. I’m still awaiting a response from them on this issue. But will it be okay for me to remove the auto-convert from my Tesco account now?
I’m quite keen to move it to Xmas Saver before the 1st Apr deadline for it, but don’t want to jeopardise the 2500 bonus points.

Yes I had to call Virgin Money for it. But they were quite quick with it thereafter. The points were received in 2-3 days.
