Hi everyone,
Just wanted to ask if anyone had experience in transferring their virgin points to IHG or Hilton and how long the process took for you? Wanted to book a hotel on points however i would like to get the points in a couple of days and hope that it does not take a while to process.
Converted to Hilton points a few times and the fastest was 2 weeks for me.
I’ve converted to Hilton a few times. I think there is a bulk transaction once per month or so. This means that it can be a couple of days if you hit the end of the period, but nearly a month if you happen to make the request at the start of a new one.
There’s almost always a HH 100% purchase points bonus running if time is critical or the maths works…
Thanks for the help guys! It is much appreciated. Has anyone converted to IHG at all and know how long it would take?

Looking at their website the exchange process seems the same for Hilton & IHG so likely the same monthly cycle as described above (also backed up by this article https://www.headforpoints.com/2022/06/20/convert-virgin-points-to-hilton-honors-ihg-one-rewards/comment-page-2/#comments)
