I recently stayed at the newly opened Fairfield Inn in Copenhagen. My impression of the place was a bit like it being a Moxy for grown-ups. However, afterwards I find I had only earnt my 1 bonus night credit from the current promotion but not one for the actual stay.
Contacted Marriott customer service and was told that this was classed as a “limited service” hotel and that I would only recieve an elite night credit for each two nights sstayed. I was then given a link to this page, which only talks about Bonvoy points earned:

Have I missed something new about some hotels only giving half elite night credits or are they talking rubbish?
Came in Feb 2023, applies to Protea hotels and Four Points Express as well. I think it’s disgraceful and avoid those brands completely.
This was mentioned when this hotel opened that European Fairfields (of which this is the only one so far I think) would only get one qualifying night per two nights stayed. It’s not the case for Fairfields in the US (yet) as they still credit a qualifying night per stayed night.
My sole Fairfield experience Hailey, ID wasn’t great. The receptionist kicked off when we asked to leave our suitcases at the hotel on the day of arrival, and we had no room service all week (ie make your own bed and take your dirty towels down to reception). When the toilet blocked in one of our rooms, we were handed a plunger and told to fix it ourselves.
Hailey is a great place. But it needs a hotel that’s not a Fairfield Inn.
My sole experience was the Fairfield Inn next to FLL – actually decent value for 15k points per night, however there was no hot water over New Year, staff told guests to go elsewhere if they weren’t happy, breakfast was about the worst I’ve ever experienced! I hammered their electricity bill by boiling many kettles of water so we could have hot baths!
They probably meant this link

They are correct it’s 1 EQN per 2 actual nights and none for 1, 1 for 3 etc don’t see the point in the change but something must’ve been going on.
Marriott exec apartments are even worse 1 EQN per 3 nights!
