I thought now is the time to start this thread for those of us who are considering going to the Euros.
Did you get any tickets. Both friend and I applied for a big variation in cities and dates hoping to get something, we both got nothing. Previously there’s always been a pair of tickets for one of the smaller cities likely to host the less attractive teams. Germany is a great football country, not one to miss.
Very few people I know got tickets for this. Multiple applications with nothing. Disappointing because as you say Germany is a great place to watch footy
I applied with friends + family. And admittedly on multiple accounts and we all got zilch. Have heard similar stories around aswell. Although you always hear the negative… always less people coming online to say they did get tickets.
Gonna try resale next week tho!

I did. It was for the Czech vs StillUnknown game. I am selling it now, hoping to get some tix for more meaningful games. Resale will open soon.
I’m in the same boat as most. Unsuccessfully applied for a number of tickets. However if it’s anything like the last Euros it should be reasonably straightforward to pick up tickets much closer to the time as they are drip-fed back into the system
We’re looking to stay in the Dusseldorf area as there are 4 stadia within ~45 mins of the city, so increases our chances of picking up something.
I sadly have no tickets but(expecting to get at least some) did have the bright idea of booking several hotel rooms well in advance – so have some great 4*s (mostly) for the majority of the knock out games and a couple of 2 nighters in Hamburg and Berlin (for the final). First game I have a room for is England v Slovenia. If anyone has tickets(or doesn’t, but wants to go anyway) and is interested in picking some of the rooms up at far below current market rates, do let me know and will let you know if I can help!
I thought major tournament tickets were non-transferable?

Echo the above – applied for loads, but got nowt.
Got accommodation and flights sorted though, and the resale kicks off next week so will hopefully bag something then!
Got avios flights and refundable hotels, just need Wales to qualify now.
I’ve got tickets for everything England are in. Booked travel for the group games and the Final (cancellable!) and hotels for two of the group games and the Final. Everything else will be booked as we go.
Bah, no luck with tickets today too… onto the next resale :/
Me neither, logged in on the second, waited 90minutes, and nothing for the games I want for under €400…
