One of my Household Account members is looking at buying points, and receives the following error:
Oops! Unfortunately you are unable to Buy Virgin Points at the moment. Before you can Buy Virgin Points, you must have made at least one Flying Club Earning or Spending transaction
They have earned points (via Flights on Air France) while a member of the Household Account. Any ideas why they would not be able to buy points as Virgin give a different answer every time I call.
