Morning all and I hope you had a great New Year. So, BA has decided that I am only eligible for the tax portion of my cash booking as a refund.
In future, how to I insure myself against this, as I am exhausted with battling with them.

You had a cash booking?? I thought it was avios? Cash bookings will be covered under your HSBC travel insurance.
