    Hi, is anyone else having trouble opening the Virgin Money CC app on the iphone? I’ve run through all the possible solutions listed on their website (turn off, delete and reinstall, etc) and still doesnt work. Website says call customer services and they will resolve it….so I call. Lady I spoke to wants to check my account to understand reasons behind it. So she asks for CC number, mobile number, date of birth, email address, and home address, which I think should be enough to prove it is me, but no….she now wants current balance (don’t know, can’t use app), credit limit (don’t remember and can’t check on app), the full bank account details that I use to make payments to the account. I questioned how much more details were needed to prove it was me? Did she want inside leg measurement? (“That’s not one of the questions on my list, sir”). Either way, I hung up at this point. Is there a way of logging in on a pc rather than an app?
    Clearly from the Virgin money website this is a known issue, but they make it absolutely impossible to resolve without jumping through a ridiculous amount of hoops.

    I gave up on them a long time ago. Any organisation that is app only isn’t worth my time. Similar happened to me and when I uninstalled it, it had been removed from Google Play for a week (I suspect due to security issues) so I couldn’t reinstall.
