Unable to transfer Avios to Loganair

Has anyone else had this issue?
When I am on the transfer avios screen, Loganair section, I have the following message under the ‘british airways’ balance box “ Unable to retrieve balance. Please try again later.”. As such it will not allow me to transfer avios.
My balance is clearly shown in the top right corner and on the left hand side of the page.
I am able to transfer to Qatar with no issues, it appears to be only Loganair.
I have tried clearing cookies/data and tried two different browsers with the same result.
I called BA club but the person on the phone was clueless.
First they told me that I couldn’t transfer to Loganair as they are not a one world airline.
I directed them to the T&C on the BA Avios page.
They have promised to escalate it to IT for me but I am not holding out much hope for a quick resolution.

I don’t need to do a transfer at the moment.
If I did, I would install the Avios app and do a chat session
As I haven’t done this yet, is the standard process simply to open a Loganair account, link it to your BAEC and then do such transfer (when it works!)?

Thank you, I didn’t know there was a chat option in the app. I wasted an hour on the phone to BA yesterday and got nowhere.
UPDATE: The balance box is now showing correctly, however the ‘confirm’ button to complete the transfer does not work and I am being asked to login twice. I have used the Avios App chat function but they are unable to resolve, escalated to IT but could be a 15 working day turnaround!
I will update further when resolved.
