Unable to transfer Avios to Loganair

Has anyone else had this issue?
When I am on the transfer avios screen, Loganair section, I have the following message under the ‘british airways’ balance box “ Unable to retrieve balance. Please try again later.”. As such it will not allow me to transfer avios.
My balance is clearly shown in the top right corner and on the left hand side of the page.
I am able to transfer to Qatar with no issues, it appears to be only Loganair.
I have tried clearing cookies/data and tried two different browsers with the same result.
I called BA club but the person on the phone was clueless.
First they told me that I couldn’t transfer to Loganair as they are not a one world airline.
I directed them to the T&C on the BA Avios page.
They have promised to escalate it to IT for me but I am not holding out much hope for a quick resolution.

I don’t need to do a transfer at the moment.
If I did, I would install the Avios app and do a chat session
As I haven’t done this yet, is the standard process simply to open a Loganair account, link it to your BAEC and then do such transfer (when it works!)?

Thank you, I didn’t know there was a chat option in the app. I wasted an hour on the phone to BA yesterday and got nowhere.
UPDATE: The balance box is now showing correctly, however the ‘confirm’ button to complete the transfer does not work and I am being asked to login twice. I have used the Avios App chat function but they are unable to resolve, escalated to IT but could be a 15 working day turnaround!
I will update further when resolved.

To close this one out. I decided to log in to the avios website using my work laptop and the transfer worked absolutely fine.
My personal device is an ipad pro which I use successfully for most things, however in this instance it appears the ‘mobile’ nature of the browsers on ipad were causing an issue. Not for Qatar transfers I might add…..very odd.

In light of this Logan Air promo announce in HfP today, I decided to create a Logan Air Rewards account and transfer some avios from my BA account to take advantage of it. When I hit the link button here
It wants me to set up MFA when it is indeed already set up 😡
So I can’t get my avios transfered. Just how much dread I interiorise just by interacting with BA software is something that is causing me stress every day.
Ouch! Not sure what’s wrong with GDrive’s sharing feature (it is indeed enabled to publicly share these two screenshots 🤷🏼♂️).
Let me try again.
Has anyone here tried to transfer Avios from BA to Loganair successfully? It redirects me to the avios website and then it requires MFA to be enabled (which it is) and goes on to set it up when there’s no need to do it.
