Having just booked a flight on United Airlines in Business Class, I have discovered I am unable to select a special meal (vegetarian VLML). It seems they don’t offer them on flights of less than 2,000 miles.
Is this really the case for all business class flights, including international ones ‽
Does anyone have advice aside from bringing one’s own food onboard?
No clue but when we flew United “first” from Orlando to San Francisco in the summer, the catering was an insult in terms of both quality and quantity.
So I would advise bringing your own if eating is important to you even if you didn’t require a special meal.
