    Hoping someone can help. Trying to update my passport details on my BA Exec Account. No matter what browser I try, cookie clearing, etc I get this message:
    “You are already logged in with a different account. You will need to log out and log in again to access a different scheme”

    I think I have seen this posted elsewhere but anyone got a solution? Calling doesn’t seem to work as it’s impossible to get through to an agent.

    Any ideas welcome. Not due to travel for a few months so time is on my side.

    Try logging into MMB for your next flight, go to Passenger details, then update details BUT it will ask you for your old passport number before you can input your new passport details.
