Upgrading from BA Amex CC to BA PP.

Hi, new member so go easy. I’m currently just £150 from triggering a CV on my BA blue CC. If I were to upgrade to the PP card what would happen in terms of CV’s?

It should be automatically triggered as you’ve past the £10k threshold assuming you’re at £11850 on your blue Amex card? Remember the BA PP voucher is far better than the free voucher.

I could be wrong, but doesn’t this trigger the economy only voucher?
I guess OP has to call Amex and ask them to change it to a BAPP voucher?

It shouldn’t if they haven’t hit the £12k. But, I think it might only trigger a voucher valid for 1 year, and that’s what requires the call to fix.
