I have a ‘voucher’ in the shape of an email for a holiday I cancelled. The instructions in the email require me to make and pay for my new booking and then reclaim the cash by forwarding the email containing the ‘voucher’ when I will be refunded. I cannot find anywhere in any T&C’s that the voucher can only be used for Holiday bookings and I would wish to buy a one way inward flight with the voucher. Has anyone met and overcome this problem? If so, advice would be appreciated.
Fortunately BA Holidays has come back to me saying that my ‘voucher’ can be used for this purpose. Hope this helps others with the same or similar problem.
