Can I use the voucher to book for others?
I have a couple expiring soon and won’t be able to use them.
It seems a shame to waste them if I can find any friends who have VS travel planned.

No, if you don’t.
From my recent experience you can use the voucher as an upgrade for someone else if you are not travelling but can’t use it as a 241.
