VA Reward+ vs. Barclaycard Avios+

Hi All. I just closed my BAPP today. Planning to stay off Amex for a couple of years now, and in the meantime get both VA Reward+ and Barclaycard Avios+ cards (albeit at different times).
I don’t want to miss an enhanced SUB offer, so right now I’d like to go with the card where a SUB offer is more unlikely while I wait for an offer on the other.
Between the two, which one is unlikely to see a SUB offer any time soon?
