Trying to set up VeriFLY for my 14 year old with one vaccine, clearly I am find something wrong as it keeps rejecting I have him attached to an adult who is fully vacated. We are off to Switzerland but Is doesn’t seem to matter that he isn’t required to be vaccinated any ideas

Unfortunately, the Verifly app is riddled with issues and limitations. In some instances, I have been able to get around these issues (e.g., by simply resubmitting rejected documents and the same docs are later accepted) and, in other cases, we just had to go to the airport and check in the old school way (e.g., our flight information in the app was based on the time zone of the arrival airport, so incorrectly had the flight leaving the next day based on time zone of departure airport, so it wouldn’t even let us input our perfectly valid and within-time Covid test results).
