Virgin credit card – can a Red member get the Clubhouse pass?

Do you still need to be a silver or gold member to convert your credit card voucher to a clubhouse pass or can red members now do this as well?

It turns out (and this is, I must admit, contrary to what our review said) that only Silver and Gold can do this. A Gold gets two vouchers, a Silver one.
