I just clicked redeem on a 110,000 redemption for Virgin Voyages and bam, my account logged out.
Can’t log in across two different browsers, nor my phone, and nor can my partner’s account.
Can someone calm my nerves and confirm they can’t log in too? Strange!
Damn, their customer service aren’t replying either via email.
Got one response and now nothing. This is pants!
Phone app is down for me. Login on laptop fine
I can log into the app but when I search for either cash or points flights I get an error message “We’re Sorry … Something went wrong. Please try again or come back later.”
Been like that for a few days.
When trying to log in to the website using Firefox I get
“Account details unavailable
Sorry about that. It might be a temporary hiccup on our side or your internet connection”
If I click on Flying Club at the top it does take me to my account so maybe try that.
When searching for flights the enter/red arrow not doing anything so the search doesn’t start.
Using Safari and http://www.virginatlantic.com I get the same as above but when I click on my account I can get through to the explore page and can then search flights.
Don’t suppose any of that helps you with your Virgin Voyages redemption though – hope you get it
Tried to book rewards tickets online, and the system didn’t work, then I called to book, the agent told me that their system is down, and they can’t book any rewards tickets and asked me to call again tomottow… mmmmm… guess it’s having a bad hangover from their 40s birthday party

Website came back, and the required points are much lower than expected. 45k points return in upper class to Shanghai! 21k in premium. I thought it was IT issues, and called VS to book. been told that the points were correct and can be used together with credit card vouchers too. Quite a discount! And don’t have to wait for tomorrow!
