Hi there,

Has anyone had any luck with the referral codes? I just swapped details with someone and when I called VV the (lovely, polite and keen to be helpful) agent was able to link the bookings very easily but when I asked how the Perk would be added she indicated that offer had ended on February 14th and so the linking was just to be able to join dining bookings!

She indicated that she couldn’t see the offer anywhere but if I could get further information or could send a screenshot of anything then she’d see what she could do.

Is there a chance we’ve all been frantically swapping codes for nothing lol!

Thanks so much – I called and the CSA I just spoke to said that it was 100% the case. They said that the confusion is that pre 14/2 they would give you each a $50 perk. Now what they do is they load the complimentary bottle of bubbly onto your wristband when you board. No further action required 🙂
