What happens if you cancel a booking that used a voucher?

Has anyone cancelled a virgin booking since they went dynamic pricing/changed how the vouchers are used, where a 2 for 1 card voucher was used on the booking? What did you get back? Do they refund the points spent and then reissue the voucher, or something else?
