I think it would be interesting for all of us to know where you are going next, destination or hotel. It is always wonderful to read everyone’s reviews of the hotels they just stayed but some inspiration for future travels would be good.
I’ll start with a hfp staple in December at the Le Royal Meridian in Dubai.

Still some time away, but next February we’re off to Recife (Brazilian Northeast), testing the new Iberia route from Madrid on the A321XLR. Hotel still to be decided, but most likely will be a mix of resort + smaller “pousadas” on a quieter location.
Las Vegas on Wednesday (from Dublin as much cheaper). Staying at the Nomad, lovely non-smoking venue. Iheart music festival at Tmobile nearby. Will be trying Bazaar meats at its new location further down the strip at Venetian.
Bazaar meats was the only platinum dining credit venue in Las Vegas, if you have any such credit still to use! It was excellent in it’s old Sahara location, and I’m sure it’ll only be better in the improved Venetian spot!
Also a Dubai weekend in December. Trialling use of the VIP status at the Radisson on the Palm. In February we stayed at the Adagio next door and the location and the hotel was excellent – so hoping the Radisson is as good or better (breakfast inclusive and better sunbeds swung it for the Radisson… With the risk that the availability at the pool and beach may be more sparse).
And before that an easyjet trip to Maderia in a few weeks, as soon as it starts to get a bit chilly here!
Going on a Mariott mattress run to hit Titanium and thus United Silver and a couple of countries I’ve not yet visited.
Gibraltar, Malaga, Naples, Pompeii, Tunis.
A greek island, staying at a hidden gem, returning on Volotea via Italy, a new airline for me.
Great thread and gives inspiration to others. Have you visited LRM before? Are you going half board, club lounge? Etc
I have fond memories of the pool area there on separate occasions, albeit I stayed at GH.
