Where do I find my Virgin credit card upgrade vouchers?

I used to use WhatsApp to speak to some one who would tell me the status of my credit card vouchers etc. What is the best way to find out expiry dates etc now?

The only way now is to call.

Twitter and WA were a great way of doing it and reducing load on the phone lines but sadly gone.

Well – they expire one year after they’re given to you. And you can see them on your credit card statement; look for a line that mentions you have a voucher. You don’t have to call.

I agree, though, that Twitter and WhatsApp were good. We’ve gone a bit backward in regards contacting VS; hopefully Air4 implement the DL chat modules etc. eventually.

You can see the voucher in your Flying Club account activity. The expiry is 24 months.

Eexcept you can’t when they weren’t on your card statement or in your FC account as my last ones weren’t (same for a lot of other people too)

Most people (including me) seem to be able to see the voucher as a one line entry in their Flying Club account on the Virgin website, although of course that only tells you the month in which you earned it.

I have asked via chat after they shut down whatsapp function. Take a photo or put it on your calendar after!

Look at your statement totals, add them up and deduct the annual fee.

It would be good if they had a counter to make it easier like amex!
