Where to find BA Holidays invoice / receipt?

I recently booked (and completed) a BA Holiday and can’t for the life of me find an invoice or the like for it in my EC account.
I did not use my own cc for the booking so can’t even check my bank statement to see how much I paid.
I booked from my account but confirmation emails were sent to cc holder.

Is there a way to see a invoice/receipt/breakdown of all charges?

If you go to manage my booking >> then manage my booking menu (at the bottom of the page) >> Print e-ticket then you will have the info on the trip and its costs.
