Whilst we tend to feature interesting UK ‘experiences’ redemptions from the major hotel loyalty schemes, we rarely focus on deals outside the UK and Ireland.
If you have a flexible diary, however, you can get some good deals this way. Marriott Bonvoy wanted 75,000 points for two tickets to see Queen + Adam Lambert in its suite at the O2 in London recently.
For the same concert – with full hospitality – at the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin, it only wanted 30,000 points. The saving would have paid for your flights.
