Hotel Cafe Royal adds new services for suite guests – including free Rolls-Royce access

A few weeks ago Rhys reviewed the iconic Hotel Cafe Royal hotel in London, and in a few days I will be heading over to Paris to see sister property Hôtel Lutetia.
If Hotel Cafe Royal caught your eye – possibly as a way of spending any GHA Discovery Dollars you may have built up – the hotel has launched two new features for anyone booking a suite.
Firstly, suite guests, including junior suites, will now have access to a hotel limousine FOR THEIR EXCLUSIVE USE during their stay. There is no charge for this.
Guests reserving a Junior Suite or Grand Junior Suite will be able to choose between a Mercedes S or V Class. Guests booking a Deluxe Suite or higher can select a Rolls-Royce or Range Rover. Electric or hybrid models are also available on request. You can have the car for up to 10 hours per day with no mileage or distance limits.
Secondly, and this is a niche but ‘nice to have’ service for suite guests, the hotel will clean your luggage during your stay. (It will also unpack for you, if needed.)
Whilst you are taking a break in the hotel, your suitcase will get a deep clean, removing any scuffs, stains or marks from airline or hotel stickers. If any repairs are needed, the hotel has partnered with TUMI on Regent Street to access their in-house repair service, irrespective of the brand of your luggage. Anyone turning up with a TUMI case will receive a free TUMI electronics bag with their freshly cleaned case.
