  • Phillip says:

Re the Marriott Flash sale, the sale prices only seem to show after clicking on the link which seems to force through a specific rate code. Which worked for me yesterday, but it’s coming up with an error today. When it did work, the sale rates were clearly marked.

    • TGLoyalty says:

It’s just the usual Marriott Bonvoy Escapes rate using code QRI

It’s always available no flash sale about this in reality

      • Phillip says:

In terms of the actual cost, yes definitely. Nothing spectacular. But it did show up as “SUMMER FLASH SALE” rate…

        • NorthernDave says:

QRI is only usually for weekend stays whilst the “sale” offer covers 7 days

          • TGLoyalty says:

Always worth searching all usual rate codes regardless. Surprised what you find

  • Paul says:

awaiting a Virgin milage sale for their 40th.. 40% off ?

  • Philondon says:

We will be on a Virgin Voyages cruise on 22nd June. Will there be any special celebrations on it? The cocktail above sounds nice🍹And cake is always nice 🎂

  • David S says:

And there was me sensing a competition coming.

  • ADS says:

“I’ll be bringing you more from Virgin Atlantic’s 40th Birthday on board the celebratory flight to Las Vegas – stay tuned!”

we’d be shocked if you were NOT on the flight 😉

    • Rob says:

Takes a certain fortitude to fly to Las Vegas for 2 days – which I don’t have.

      • executiveclubber says:

Just got back from Seattle yesterday but I’ll do it — anything to see the Grand Canyon again!

      • Ziggy says:

I’ve flown LA to London and back for a 2-day stay a couple of times (3-day trips more often). Not great. But also not terrible. That being said, Rhys is ending up in Vegas and I’d pay good money not to end up there regardless of trip length so he has my sympathies 🙂

  • James says:

What a terrible Virgin anniversary logo in the picture – it looks like it says ‘seth’ to me no matter how long I stare at it. I guess they were trying to take inspiration from the classy BA 100 logo from a few years ago, but it doesn’t work!

  • T says:

A feature in the Lounge, a special drink, and a slice of cake. We have never seen that before to mark an occasion. So much for Virgin being seen as an avant garde brand! It’s a yawn from me for sure! No imagination used at all for this remarkable milestone!
