Get 30,000 Marriott Bonvoy points with a ‘Homes & Villas’ booking

Marriott is offering 30,000 bonus Marriott Bonvoy points if you book a home or villa rental through its ‘Homes & Villas’ platform.

This is on top of your base points of 5 per $1 spent plus any elite bonus.

We value 30,000 Marriott Bonvoy points at £150 so it is a decent return.

There is a bit of small print:

• registration is required before booking.

• there is a minimum spend requirement of $1,000 before taxes, deposits and cleaning fees

• there is a two night minimum stay

• you need to book by 13th November

• you need to complete your stay by 31st January 2025

• stays have to be paid 100% in cash – full or part payment with Marriott Bonvoy points would disqualify you

As well as earning Marriott Bonvoy points, your stay also earns elite night credits towards Marriott Bonvoy status. They are not meant to count towards lifetime Bonvoy status but this is not always the case, looking at reader reports.
