Hilton has launched its latest sale for hotels in the UK and Ireland.
You can get up to 20%* off participating properties for weekend stays between 2nd May and 7th September 2025. You must book by 2nd September 2025.
You can see full details on the Hilton website here.

Where could you stay in Hilton’s summer sale?
Starting in the north, Hilton has Scottish properties in Aberdeen, Dundee and Dunblane and is very well represented in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
A hotel has stood on the site of The Caledonian Edinburgh, Curio Collection by Hilton since 1903.
This landmark hotel, situated at the top of Princes Street, with great views over the castle and a ten minute stroll from the Royal Mile and Old Town, joined Hilton in 2000. Originally a Hilton and then a Waldorf Astoria, it became a Curio Collection by Hilton hotel last year following refurbishment.
The hotel’s spa includes a two floor fitness centre, indoor pool, whirlpool, steam room and sauna. Spa treatments are available at the weekend.
You may also want to take a look at the Hilton Edinburgh Carlton hotel which has just emerged from a ‘top to toe’ refurbishment.
Turning to Wales, you could stay at the recently refurbished Hilton Cardiff. Close to the city centre and ‘over the road’ from the castle, the hotel is ideally located for the Principality Stadium (within half a mile) and three miles from Cardiff Bay.
The health club at the hotel has just completed a full revamp and includes a heated pool (pictured above), sauna and fitness suite. The Graze Bar and Restaurant is also newly renovated and offers a wide menu with food as locally sourced as possible.
Moving across the water to Ireland, Rhys reviewed the Hilton Belfast (review here) in 2023 following its refurbishment, and you can see his one bedroom suite above.

In Dublin, another newly revamped addition to the Hilton family which is worth a visit is The Morrison Dublin, Curio Collection (pictured above) on the banks of the Liffey.
This is the first (and so far only) Curio Collection hotel in Ireland. It’s easily accessible being right by the Jervis Luas light rail stop, and a kilometre from Temple Bar. Look out for Sinead’s review of this hotel coming soon.

Finally to the south, London is home to many fine Hilton hotels and we have reviewed a fair few on HfP.
For starters, take a look at Rhys’s reviews of all the Curio Collection by Hilton hotels in London for inspiration for your summer staycation
- 100 Queen’s Gate Hotel, South Kensington
- The Trafalgar St James Hotel
- The Gantry London, Stratford
- Hart Shoreditch Hotel London
- Lost Property St. Paul’s London
- Lincoln Plaza London, Canary Wharf
- The Westminster London (pictured above)
Other recent reviews include Conny’s 2024 review of the well located Hilton London Tower Bridge Hotel (Hilton London Tower Bridge Hotel review here). We think this works equally well for business travellers and tourists, with both easy access to the City and excellent connections around the capital by train, tube and river.

We also reviewed the Hilton London Bankside hotel (OXBO restaurant pictured above) in 2024. This is another well located property, close to Tate Modern, Millennium Bridge and the South Bank river walk. A new extension is due to open soon.
Of course this is just a snapshot of what is available to you in the Hilton’s UK & Ireland summer sale, and you can see everything at Hilton’s website here.
