I have my executive club online access locked out, I do not know why, never had a problem before. I keep getting a message to refer to the email they sent but cannot find any email from British Airways regarding this. I have tried to ring them a few times but cannot get through as they say they are too busy and I want to book a flight. Anyone else ever had this or does anyone know an email I can contact them on?
TIA
Nick
