Just to close the loop on this. I finally cancelled my bapp card today. Received the same scare tactics (‘do you want to downgrade to the free card so you can continue to use your vouchers?’) from the agent. I stood my ground and cancelled.

…. Fingers crossed that nothing changed between now and me redeeming my two saved vouchers!
