We stayed at qubus hotel which may not be quite the luxury you”re looking for, but you don’t have loads of options. It’s not a massive chain, but we had a nice view of the river and used the complimentary water taxi. It had a sauna and the bar was nice where you could sit inside or outside by the river.
Just a quick thought, I don’t know how long you have in total but have you looked at visiting Sopot. We spent the day there before getting the short train journey back, and there’s a few options for hotels such as Sheraton, sofitel etc
