Hello!
For the past 3 bookings I’ve had with BA, I’ve used VeriFLY successfully, got the pass etc. However, on no occasions have I been able to check in online. It keeps saying VeriFLY is not complete.
I’ve a flight tomorrow to the USA, and same thing. Completed VeriFLY, not allowed to check in online.
Am I missing something?

Did you check the last thing on the list of things it requires? After the list of documents etc. that you need to upload, there is something like ‘remember to take to the airport’ which then gives you some buttons to OK, before you get the OK. We have now used it successfully for three return trips, including being allowed OLCI, but that last thing isn’t so obvious.
