People in the queue at T5 wondering if BA is actually teetering on the verge of bankruptcy.
This is an absolutely pathetic state of affairs with regular huge disruption resulting in
– immediate loss of revenue
– brand damage
– loss of future revenue, as customers lose trust
– unhappy staff
I wish we were flying with another carrier.
Thank god my EU short haul is all Easyjet
