I had a similar thing. The £20 statement, then we’re taking £19.28 on the DD. Someone, Curve I think, but not sure, had took .72p and then credited it back, some sort of check. So Bcard deducted the credit amount from the £20 due.
They don’t seem very good, but the SUB and voucher will work for me if BA survive their current meltdown.
I went on chat about the statement and charge being issued before they’d sent the card. Lots of text fluff that they agreed with me, but could do nothing, if I didn’t like it call Barclaycard.
