Arrival lounge is after immigration, so the OP would had to clear the security again for the domestic flight. And I think that content is outdated as Elemis Spa is no more.
You always have to clear security when arriving from outside the UK and connecting. So if there’s enough time (depending on any LHR meltdown) they can do both arrivals lounge (for better food and possibly quieter) and then go back airside.
