Firstly, you will not be able to book anything for at least 4-5 mos. Availability for rewards seats is made T-355 days. So I would suggest having your reward voucher ready to book in Jan 2023, by calling up BA and booking the outbound and calling [duration of trip] later to add the inbound journey. Singapore is a very high demand route and this is normally the best way to ensure you get both the seats and dates of your preference.
IME, first availability for Singapore is rare (but not impossible). The new style voucher certainly helps though for business. I would book Club and worry about first later. Your best bet is setting an alert on seatspy for that after booking your tix. After BA scrapped KUL/BKK, SIN is now the only SE Asia gateway for BA flyers hence the competitive nature for seats.
