Sadly as most of us are getting better value from IHG points than ever before all my remaining stays are on points so non-qualifying for this bonus promo. It’s too late in the year leisure travel planning wise to shift nights to IHG.

Why is it too late to shift? Are you booking non-flexible rates? If that’s the case, then I can understand. If not, you can just cancel and book IHG hotels if you prefer.

Too late to shift because I maintain a major crime incident room style board listing all my planned travel movements and plotting my route to top tier hotel statuses. And IHG Diamond + 40 nights for a lounge pass is already baked in. Shifting nights to IHG now would put other status achievements in peril.
