We used this a couple of years ago, on arrival after a late flight. We were speeded to the front of passport queue. And was standing at the luggage belt a good 10 minutes before the other passengers…… When they arrived we all stood there for another 20 minutes before the cases started to come off. So pretty pointless in that instance….
