Arrival is generally quick, I wouldn’t waste your money.

Departures are hit and miss. Generally speaking the BA side of the terminal is much faster than the other side where ElAl hang out. There is now also a HBO line in the centre, but you need to have your boarding pass downloaded and I don’t think that is possible with BA unless things have changed.
I would think that if you arrive early enough you will be fine and it isn’t worth paying.
