In the UK, very limited. For direct earning to keep an AA stash alive you’re limited to daft surveys on E-rewards.
You could send 180k Amex to 270k Marriot (3:2) and then convert 60k at a time from Marriot to AA at 3:1 and for every 60k you get a 5k bonus = 25k American
For ME:Bonvoy transfers it’s 2:3 isn’t it? So to hit the bonus
40k MR -> 60k Bonvoy —> 25k AA
You’d be wanting some chunky value off your AA miles for that to be worthwhile.
