You can join BA Clubs as a community member (even if you dont work for BA) for £70 and then pay £50 to join hotline – so far as I’m aware.
I think only former staff who have served at least 10 years with BA can have Hotline via BA Clubs. It’s not a public scheme and is only open to staff or former staff (you need a BA internal login to access it). The discounts aren’t amazing but you get a plus fare for the price of a basic short haul fare, sometimes there are bigger discounts depending on loads and route.
