Historically, Nectar and Radisson didn’t do any sort of matching. Not sure if this is still the case (and Radisson is minimal value now post devaluation).
Obviously (well, perhaps not obviously) you could open a new Avios account using the name on the Amex account, move the points there and form a Household Account with yourself.
Similarly, Hilton, open a new account, do the transfer and then send the points to yourself for free via Points Pooling.
