Intercontinental Estoril. only 50 rooms, feels like a boutique hotel. The spa is amazing too, outsourced to L’Occitane. Staff are excellent. Breakfast is by the sea, even in winter is sunny. 25 mins to Lisbon central with a train platform right by the pool of the hotel. Station is tiny, one you would find in the deepest rural areas.
