Though our hotel staff misinformed you about your breakfast benefit, I am glad to know that in the end, they were able to acknowledged that they had given you the incorrect information. This is definitely something that does not represent the real values of IHG hotels and rest assured that the responsible department will be retrained to avoid similar situations in the future.
