Avis upgrades you upto class f.f..so no point booking q class F or above and expecting an upgrade. Having said that if they do t have. Class f to upgrade you they go up to the next class, and keep going until one is available.

The status discount is not the same for all…it depends who gave you the President’s Club status …a CR told me the Mastercard WE status gave bigger discounts than the Amex Platinum president club.

Have mat he’d with hertz, sixt and enterprise …always found Avis was still the cheapest (vie Mastercard WE).
